About us

United Asia School of Management (UASM) was established in December 2007.  United Asia School of Management is a registered Private Education Organization with the Ministry of Education, Singapore.  The registration number is 2904.   We are located at 123 Penang Road, #08-12 Regency House, Singapore 238465.

The core functions of UASM include the development and delivery of academic curriculum for local and foreign students.  The Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management (DHTM) was created in August 2007. The Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management was created in September 2007. Both courses are administered and awarded by United Asia School of Management (UASM).  UASM was awarded CASETRUST for Private Education Organizations on 19 March 2008 for Good Business Practices. 

Our first class of 25 local and foreign students started their courses on 2007. Our student numbers have risen to over 150 and are still growing.  We currently offer Level 5 HNDs in Business, Computing and Travel and Tourism Management as well as the Level 7 Professional Diploma in Management.  All programmes are recognised by over 100 UK, US and Australian Universities. UASM has 6 full-time lecturers and 30 part-time lecturers registered with us. All our lecturers are registered and approved by MOE having taught at various levels.

In October 2009, UASM became a Edexcel Centre offering BTEC Higher National Diplomas (HNDs) together with the UASM Diplomas. In January 2010, UASM, HND programmes were articulated by Teesside University offering progression pathways to undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. 

UASM will continually work with our academic partners to ensure that our programme offerings are relevant to the current and future workplace.
