Fees, Scholarships, Living Costs & Additional Cost

Before starting your studies at UASM you will need to consider how you will fund your studies and the cost of living in Singapore.
 
Tuition Fees 
Tuition fees for our programmes are set on an annual basis, to find out how much you will have to pay for tuition please visit our Tuition Fee pages. 

Additional Fees
In addition to course fees, students should expect to incur other costs such as: 

Costs Related to Student Pass Collection
Medical Fee:  $40 - $50 (Students are required to undergo a medical examination. The medical examination includes blood tests and a chest x-ray).
Issuance Fee: $90 (Payable to Immigrations & Checkpoints Authority upon collection of student pass)
Student Pass Renewal Fee: $120 ($30 Student Pass Processing Fee + $90 Issuance Fee) - Payable to ICA (Immigrations & Checkpoints Authority)

 
Academic Related Cost

BTEC HNDs, Diplomas & Advanced Diplomas
Re-examination Fee:   $250 per module (Maximum 2 attempts  - Students are required to reunit after 2 unsuccessful attempts) 
Re-unit Fee:               $500 per module (Maximum 2 attempts)

Post Graduate Studies
Re-examination Fee:   $250 per module (Maximum 2 attempts - Students are required to reunit after 2 unsuccessful attempts)
Re-unit Fee:               $500 per module (Maximum 2 attempts)
 
Scholarships 
Presenty, UASM does not offer any scholarships to international students.
 
 
Living Costs
In addition to your tuition fees you will also need money for living expenses. Singapore is a relatively inexpensive city for students to live in compared with many other places in the world. It is estimated that a student would have a comfortable place to stay, meals and transportation from as little as SGD 500 per month.
